The X-Treme Country Music Awards nominees are voted on by record labels and Country music associations. The record labels sent in artists tracks and 50 worthy canidates would be decided and the board of voters would help vote and decide 6 nominees. The board consists also of SOME of the Academy Of Country music, the Country music association, Grammy Music Association and the People's Choice Awards association. Other voters came from CMT, GAC, and VH1. Plus Billboard, Universal, and Hollywood Music Association. They X-Treme Country Music Awards reflect on the best of the year. Our nomination deadline was: December 1, 2008-November 30, 2009. The crystal awards are funded by us and our sponsors. The awards will be given to the artists, songwriters, producers, and other winners shortly after the winning announcement. There will be an Invite Only show in New York on the unveiling day of the awards that many Country artists will come too and if they win, will except their award there. "Awards help recognize what people accompolish. Many competitions in sports come as well and win awards. I decided to get with many music associates because I wanted to create a Country award show that was based on everything and FAN VOTED. Although we could not get funding to televise the awards, we hope we get the same voting response as the Decade Awards. Great money has been spent to fund this award show but it is worth it to be recognized for your great talent. Every award winner will also have $1,000 donated to their favorite charity. As we enter the Christmas season, the voting for the awards may not be high but remember vote ONCE PER DAY for your favoirte selection of winners."
